As President, Curt Hofer is one of the most respected custom homebuilders in the Omaha area. The ingredients he attributes to his success are his foundational desire to be a great homebuilder and the fact that he got his start at an early age. The company builds around 15 homes a year ranging from $500k and up.

Growing up in the environment of his fathers' construction company allowed Curt to understand early on, the ins and outs of the trade. He went on to win awards for his talent in the business and finally established Curt Hofer Construction, Inc. in 1990. Curt lives just north of Omaha with his wife Linda and four children. His desire to be one of the best homebuilders is as strong now as it has ever been.

This sounds simple, but we are the most thorough because we ask the most questions. We take each room and specifically ask, "How can we incorporate our clients' tastes and individual needs for function in this space?". We also consider the newest concepts in traditional and contemporary styling, along with the latest benefits of modern technology. The result for you is a one-of-a kind home with a comprehensive and functional design plan. The design process for most custom projects takes at least two months to complete. Although Curt Hofer Construction is the primary source for design, we have been privileged to build homes for clients designed by some of Omaha's leading architects.

One of the core values of Curt Hofer Construction is financial accountability. In order for us to be good stewards of your finances, we have found it imperative to have in place, a system that shows you the client, every aspect of costs involved in building your home. These well-established written guidelines allow us to achieve the highest standards of quality and use a wide spectrum of products. Through it all, we maintain complete transparency with regard to cost. There are a few builders who may compete with us on quality but there is none that can provide the protection we do with our managed process. It really DOES count how you get to the finish line!
